The example used is for an agreed divorce with children where the opposing party does not need to be served. Efiling is available for all Texas counties. Many counties are not allowing in-person filing during the coronavirus crisis. Check with your local District Clerk to confirm.

The Texas eFiling system is avaialbe 24 hours a day. Most of the time if something is efiled before midnight, it will be file stamped with that day's date.
